Prior to your first treatment, I will ask a range of questions about your life, health and emotional wellbeing in order to create a rounded, personalised Chinese Medical diagnosis.

Acupuncture is an accumulative practice. We generally recommend at least five treatments, ideally weekly, after which spacing treatments out at longer intervals as your body becomes more accustomed to the effects.

Holistic facial treatment using very fine needles and adjunctive techniques including facial cupping, massage and gua sha to promote collagen production, reduce fine lines and improve skin tone and brightness.

6-10 fortnightly to monthly treatments are advised for long-lasting results.

I care deeply about making acupuncture as accessible as possible to all those who may benefit from it.

I am opening up one space per month for lower cost treatment (£25/treatment for the first five). You will not need to prove your employment status or income, this is done on a trust basis.
